What’s in it
We keep it running
- Updates, checked first. Each one goes onto a staging copy. We compare every page before and after, and anything that moved or broke doesn’t ship.
- Security watched. Same as Site Health. When a fix ships, your site gets it quickly.
- Fixed if an update breaks it. If it worked before the update and doesn’t after, we fix it. Anything else is new work.
We watch it
- Uptime watched. If the site goes down, we hear about it, and we look.
- Nothing to read. No monthly report. You hear from us when something needs you.
You can ask
- Email us. We answer within two business days.
- Month to month. No minimum. Move up to Site Health whenever you want more.
What isn’t in it
- Improvements. New features, design, and content are Site Health, or a Happy Prime Day.
- A call. Upkeep runs by email. Write whenever something comes up, and the people who answer are the people who do the work.
- Emergency cover. Upkeep isn’t an emergency line. Checked updates mean fewer emergencies. When one does happen, email us and we’ll get on it.

Something to build is a Happy Prime Day. A site that should get better every month is Site Health. Upkeep clients can move to either whenever they like.
Questions
What counts as a fix?
If it worked before the update and doesn’t after, we fix it. Anything else is new work: a Happy Prime Day, or Site Health.
Is there a minimum?
No. Upkeep is month to month.
What if I want something built?
Book a Happy Prime Day. Two senior developers, one day, one goal. If that starts happening often, Site Health is the better deal.
Can I pay by invoice?
